After Placing an Order
After placing your order on-line, you should receive an email acknowledgment immediately following the transaction, confirming that we are processing the order. The message will contain the details of your order including the total amount that will be billed to your credit card including tax, shipping and handling. This message will be your receipt. A receipt will also be included with your purchase. Be sure to keep your receipt as you will need it if you require warranty service.
Product Availability
TimaTech's policy is one of ongoing product update and revision. TimaTech may modify, revise, or discontinue products at any time. We will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled due to product discontinuation or unavailability.
Prices
Prices quoted on the Website do not include taxes. All prices are stated and payable in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to the volatility of the computer market.
Taxes
Orders placed in Canada are subject to sales tax.
Shipping and Handling
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order. Generally, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. We're sorry, but TimaTech is unable to deliver to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes.
Payment Terms
TimaTech accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks and Money Orders. Governmental, Institutional and Corporate Purchase Orders are accepted.
